Crulon for internet providers

The Telco Ops Bundle for ISPs, WISPs and fixed-broadband providers: the Apps that connect your billing system, customer equipment and outages to your AI agent.

Internet providers get a set of Apps that connect Crulon to the systems they run on: the billing system, the equipment in customers’ homes, and the network. With them, the AI agent recognises the caller’s account, checks their equipment, knows about outages, and opens tickets where your team works.

A call, with every App connected

  1. 01

    The agent recognises the account

From the caller’s number, against the accounts copied from your billing system.

  2. 02

It checks for a known outage

If one affects them, it says so, with your estimate if you set one.

  3. 03

    It checks their equipment

Status and signal from your equipment App, and a restart if needed.

  4. 04

    It opens a ticket

In your billing system, if the problem isn’t fixed.

  • Fixed on the call

The call ends with what the agent did, in the summary.

  • Needs a person

The agent hands the caller to your team, with a note on why.

A customer calls about slow internet.

Each step is a Tool. Your Apps add their Tools under From your Apps in Tools; attach the ones you want in the agent’s Business Tools. See Give your agent Tools.

Set it up

  1. Connect your billing system first, so callers are recognised and customers appear as contacts.
  2. Connect your equipment App, so the agent can check and restart devices.
  3. Install Outages, and attach Check for a known outage to your agent.
  4. Attach the Tools to your agent, then test with Talk in browser as one of your customers.

What changes in Crulon

  • Contacts. Your customers come across from the billing system, which stays in charge of them: changes you make to their name, email, location or status in Crulon are replaced at the next sync, and a deleted one comes back. Numbers you add in Crulon are kept.
  • Tickets. Tickets can be sent to your billing system and closed there when you close them in Crulon. See each billing App’s page.
  • Assets. A contact’s Assets tab shows their equipment.
  • App activity. Build > App activity records what each App and your agents did through it: balances read, devices restarted, tickets sent and each sync. See Activity and call reports.
  • Network status. An agent with the outage Tool shows Network status in its Behavior section. See What your agents are told.
