Crulon signs in with that account’s password. If the password changes in Corteca, enter the new one in Crulon, or checks and restarts stop working.
Finding a device
Corteca finds each device by its MAC address, from your billing App. It serves Nokia equipment to start.
What status shows
Whether the device is online, its name, model, type, firmware and hardware version, serial number, when it was last seen and when it last went offline, and its radios. Status comes from Corteca’s latest reading, which can be a few minutes old.
If something goes wrong
Check the host, the client ID and secret, and the account’s email and password, including any recent password change.
The device is busy. Try again after the time Crulon shows.
That model can’t be restarted remotely. Restart it on site.
