Get started
Create your workspace, get a phone number and put your first AI agent on the line.

A new workspace starts empty: no phone number, no AI agent and no Call Flow.
From sign-up to your first call
Create your workspace
Go to my.crulon.ai/signup and fill in your workspace name, your name and your work email.
Choose Where does your business operate? carefully. It decides which phone numbers and plans your workspace can use, and it can’t be left blank. It isn’t your billing address.
Select Continue.
Confirm your email
Open the email from Crulon and select the link within 30 minutes. If it has expired, select Resend confirmation link.
Choose a password, then select Create workspace. Sign in with your email and the new password.
Choose a plan and add a card
Pick Starter, Pro or Scale. You pay per seat each month, and each plan includes a pool of AI minutes for the whole workspace that doesn’t roll over. Starter and Pro are offered in the US and Canada; Australia and New Zealand get Scale.
Select Continue to payment, add your card and select Save payment method. Your plan starts when the first invoice is paid. Plans and billing covers what each plan includes.
Invite your team
Add each teammate’s email and choose their role, then select Invite. Each person uses a seat, charged from the day they accept.
You can select Skip for now and invite people later from Settings > Members. See Invite your team and set roles.
Get a phone number
Open Settings > Phone numbers and select Add a new number. On Scale, choose Crulon-provided number.
Search by city, area code or toll-free letters, give the line a label, and select Buy this number. Get and manage phone numbers covers the rest.
Already have numbers with a carrier? On Scale you can bring your own carrier instead: choose Bring your own carrier (BYOC). Workspaces in Australia and New Zealand always do this.
Create your AI agent
Go to AI Studio > Agents, select Create Agent, then Inbound agent. Choose an engine, describe your business, pick a voice and confirm the greeting.

Send your calls to the agent
Calls reach an agent through a Call Flow. Open Build > Call Flows, add an AI Agent step, and put the flow on your number. Build a Call Flow covers every step.
Try it
In the agent builder’s Test panel, select Talk in browser and speak to it. Then call your new number from your phone.
