Apps that connect Crulon to the systems your business runs on, and how to connect your own.
Apps connect Crulon to other systems. Once one is installed in Build > Apps, it can add Tools your AI agent uses on calls, bring your customers across as contacts, send tickets to the other system, and record what it did in App activity. Today’s Apps come with the Telco Ops Bundle for internet providers.
Connect your own system
Most systems with a web API can work with Crulon through a Custom Action: your CRM, field-service app or order database. Your agent uses it in a Tool, just as it uses an App’s Tools. For your own phone line and desk phones, see Bring your own carrier and Set up desk phones.
For internet providers
Today’s Apps are for ISPs, WISPs and fixed-broadband providers, in the Telco Ops Bundle. Start with Crulon for internet providers. More Apps are on the way.
